Harvey Weinstein has pled not guilty (Jun. 9) in his third sexual assault case. He also pled not guilty to the two previous charges last month. The disgraced filmmaker has been accused by a total of 70 women. Weinstein's lawyer Benjamin Brafman says that he expects more charges.

Despite the allegations and removal from the Motion Picture Academy, Page Six reports that Weinstein has been working. According to his lawyer, Weinstein has been reviewing scripts in hopes of taking on future projects. “He is Harvey Weinstein and despite what you may find to be his flaws, he is a brilliant maker of movie[s],” said Brafman.

His bail was posted at $1 million dollars.
