While appearing on the Rap Radar podcast, Will Smith recalled the time when he slapped a reporter for trying to kiss him on the red carpet. Smith says after the incident, he received a message and phone call from Jay Z.
According to Will Smith, Jay Z thought that the situation was both hilarious and authentic. Furthermore, Smith explained that Jay Z wanted to stay at home with Beyonce and just watch the clip instead of going out to perform that night.
