Video surfaced of Katt Williams on Wednesday (June 27), showing him arguing with someone on the highway after they said the comedian's Rolls Royce Phantom is rented. Katt can be heard calling the man in the other car a "clout chaser," and saying that he's not XXXTentacion, who was gunned down by robbers in Florida last week.
