Additional details have surfaced in regards to Jim Jones' arrest. According to Fox News, Jones was a passenger in a vehicle that led police on a short chase.
Fox spoke exclusively with the deputy that made the stop. The deputy said he noticed the car swerving prior to stopping the vehicle. He revealed that Jones was in the back seat of the car.
The deputy also noticed a strong smell or marijuana -- furthermore, the entire car "appeared to be filled with smoke". Fox News reports that three of the four are still in jail (as a result of the incident). Jones is the only one bonded out.
