A while back, a woman called the police on a group of people having a BBQ in an Oakland park. Footage of the situation went viral and sparked a discussion on how ridiculous it was for the woman to call the police on people having a cookout. Now, another woman has done something just as, if not more ridiculous by calling the police on a little girl selling water in front of her apartment building.
