"Love & Hip Hop" star Teairra Mari took a loss in her fight against 50 Cent, but her lawyer Lisa Bloom says it was because of a technicality.

Teairra alleges that her ex, Akbar Abdul-Ahad logged into her Instagram account and posted sexually explicit videos and photos of her. She says she deleted the posts as soon as she saw them, but 50 Cent already captured it and reposted an explicit photo of Teairra to his 18 million Instagram followers. Mari is now suing both Akbar and 50, claiming they teamed up to spread the images of her.

Teairra requested a restraining order against them to stop them from sharing the photo, but the judge denied the request against 50 Cent. According to Bloom, the request was denied "because she was not convinced that the photo 50 Cent posted, with ejaculate on our client's face, showed her 'engaging' in a sexual act." She also claims that the judge was convinced that 50 would ever post the photo again.

Bloom disagreed with the judge's ruling, saying, "Common sense dictates that a photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban."

While the restraining order against 50 Cent was denied, Teairra's ex, Akbar, is scheduled to face the judge later this month.
