Tekashi 6ix9ine's recent travels through Chicago have received a mixed reaction from fans and the streets, with some acknowledging the move as bold, while others go about poking holes in the claim that he legit 'pulled up.' One of the main knocks against him comes via speculation that he was chauffeured around by a police escort -- which 6ix9ine denies.

During a face-time recording that made its way online on Tuesday, June 12, Lil Reese and Chief Keef posed that, by the looks of it, it appeared the Brooklyn rapper was hopping in and out of an unmarked police vehicle as he went about his travels. Edai 600 would come across the same images and take to Instagram to explain that for obvious reasons, he thought the same thing. "Our Whole City Kno What 12 Cars Look Like," he wrote.

Tekashi would address the speculation before long, responding: "That ain't 12, that's security. When you're 7 for 7 on the Billboard, a multi-platinum recording artist such like Nicki Minaj, YG, Cardi B, etc. you don't go nowhere without. I'm not STOOPID."

Tekashi has had to battle speculation that he coordinates with authorities, ever since video got out of officers swooping through his "Billy" video shoot to remove him from the scene in light of threats they received word about.
