Snap Dogg let it be known that he is committed to keeping Detroit's rap connection with Chicago strong in an update that he shared via Instagram to declare that his bond with Lil Durk remains intact.

Prior to connecting over the phone on Tuesday, June 6, Snap had gone public to call Durkio's moves concerning Tekashi 6ix9ine into question. Snap was critical of his former OTF collaborator selecting to hop on face-time with Tekashi on the heels of a weekend that saw the Tr3yway star's feud with Chief Keef culminate with a shooting that the Glo Gang boss was believed to have been the target of.

While 6ix9ine has not been implicated as a suspect in the incident, his continued disrespect of the Ottopsy rapper hasn't gone over well with many of those who hold down the Chiraq rap scene. Snap wasn't one to hold back on his disapproval of Durk being seen with the Brooklyn rapper amid all the heat.

Frustrated over Durk's initial reluctance to give him the time of day, Snap would follow up his initial lashing of Durk with an invitation to get in the ring and box. But it looks like the homie finally oblidged his request to get on the phone and settle the matter with words."Just got off the phone with @durkioworld. What's understood ain't gotta be explained. We had our differences and we chopped it u. We good. #det2chi," he confirmed.
