Mayweather Tops Highest Paid Athletes List with $285M, McGregor Made $99M

Floyd "Money" Mayweather lived up to his moniker as the top earner on the latest edition of Forbes "Highest Paid Athletes" list. Mayweather won the distinction as the highest paid athlete for the fourth time in seven years after raking in an estimated $285 million across in-ring earnings and endorsements.

He shared the list on his IG page on Tuesday evening which included Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Conor McGregor, and Neymar rounding out the top five with the caption: "Congrats To All Of The Athletes Who Made The Forbes List. You All Are True Champions."
