Good thoughts go up for Kodak Black during his pursuit of higher learning.

The rapper has been locked behind bars for a while now, but it hasn't stopped his growth. Appearances in new music, like A$AP Rocky's "Calldrops," are clear signs that time away won't hit "pause" on his career. The same goes for his attempts to better his education.

Kodak recently tweeted a request to his fans to pray for him while he prepares for a GED test.

"Y'all pray for me I take my GED Ready test June 25," he tweeted. "If I pass that I take the real test June 28 & 29."

XXL explained Kodak's legal team even requested to grant their client computer to help him prep. However, there's no confirmation that the opportunity was granted.

The seriousness of his crime must've hit home for the "Roll In Peace," spitter, who's April sentencing appointed him to be held for one day less from a year for gun and marijuana possession during the January arrest. There are also documented violations of "driving on a suspended license and 'associating with people committing crimes.'”

Fingers crossed Black gets the chance at an early release based on good behavior pushing his freedom up to October.
