Last week Offset dodged what would have been a great tragedy for a hip-hop star with a child on the way when he emerged from a devastating car crash with relatively minor injury. Now he's eluded any infraction that could have been weighed against him by the law.

The latest reports having to do with the May 16 accident confirm that the Migos member will not face any charges, as the investigation has come to an end and the case is declared closed.

There was some speculation that Offset could have had a case on his hands considering he left the scene of the wreckage and failed to help produce an accident or police report. Word that got around via TMZ suggested that police were looking into why two men who were assumedly associated with rapper hopped out of a separate vehicle and cleaned the destroyed Dodge Challenger out before it was towed away.

The crash was said to have occurred after the green whip swerved to avoid hitting a civilian lingering in the middle of the street. As a result, Offset has been recuperating from injuries to his hand, arm, and face and has missed out on such music-related events as the Billboard awards that were held over the weekend.
