Davidson sat down on Peter Rosenberg’s Complex show Open Late recently and spoke about meeting Donald Trump when he hosted SNL in 2015, his fandom for Kid Cudi, and his Wu-Tang Clan tattoo. "He, like, faked a phone call during the table read,” Davidson said of the Trump interaction.

“He was like, ‘Hello.’ He goes, ‘Fantastic. OK great.’ And then he hung up and he goes, ‘Hey, everybody! My book just went No. 1!’ I swear on my life. We were all, like, ‘Yo, that phone didn’t ring.'”

Rosenberg pulled out Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), which was the debut studio album by the legendary group. "Obviously, you're from Staten Island, it's a part of who you are," begins Rosebery before revealing that his team found out that Davidson has a Wu-Tang tattoo. "They ARE Staten Island" replies Davidson before showing off the small tattoo.
