It could be debated on whether or not adidas Basketball has the most innovative basketball department in all of the sneaker industry at this moment in time. Nike has seemingly become predictable with some of their latest signature sneaker collection designs, and Jordan Brand appears to be chasing the nostalgia of early Air Jordan silhouettes with their latest on-court retros and unexpectedly PUMA is attempting to enter the basketball realm in the coming months.

And now, it looks like the trefoil gang is going to push the Pharrell Williams promoted adidas Basketball Crazy BYW [Boost You Wear] as much as they can with the release of new colorways like this 'Solar Pink' rendering of the original performance silhouette.

The sneaker features a Primeknit woven base with a swirled black and 'Solar Pink' striped design throughout the sneaker's upper. The word 'Ambition' is vertically displayed across the sneaker's vamp while a mid-cut ankle collar provides a sock-esque feel and textile canvas heel tab offers easy on/off access. A white BOOST midsole gives the sneaker a cushioning system while a black rubber outsole closes out the kicks.

It's still unclear whether or not this silhouette is capable of handling extreme performance conditions but, aesthetically the sneaker is pleasing to the eye. The adidas Basketball Crazy BYW 'Solar Pink' is expected to hit select adidas retailers and adidas.com this June for a retail price tag of $250.
