Pharrell is one of the biggest pop icons and producers on the planet. He is legendary for his signature vocals, his ingenious productions, and his genre-defying style. Pharrell has been in the industry for awhile, so he's had time to stack his millions. It's been reported that the "Freedom" singer is investing some of those millions into a new home.

Pharell has recently purchased a new Mulholland Drive, Los Angeles mansion. The $15.6 million home belonged to Madea creator Tyler Perry before Pharell scooped it up. According to The Blast, the deal closed on May 11. The mansion is a 17,000 sq ft property and features 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling glass-lined walls with exposed beams. The property also boasts a Koi pond and stream that flows throughout the estate, a resort-style pool with slide and grotto, an enormous rock sculpture, a lighted tennis court, and an outdoor dining terrace. The views of Los Angeles are stunning from the estate.

Tyler Perry originally bought the mansion last year for $14.5 million and he attempted to make $2.5 million off the purchase. Perry came down from his $17 million price for Pharell, while still making a cool million off the deal.
