Add jeweler to the list of people who have a bone to pick with villainous rap star Tekashi 6ix9ine. Fans have gotten accustomed to hearing about the latest beef 6ix9ine is embroiled in, whether it be with Adrien Broner or Trippie Redd. But the latest figure to call the Brooklyn rapper out isn't from the recording booth or the boxing ring.
6ix9ine's jewelry collection has grown exponentially since his chart-topping hits began to replace the more scandalous headlines that plagued him when it was exposed that he was a child sex offender early on last year. He's gotten colorful grills, shark grills, chains, bracelets, and big pendants to go with his fame. However, it appears that not everyone got paid for blessing him with the bling.
On Monday, May 14, Dan from TraxNYC called the rapper out, stating,"Yo Tekashi. Um, I had the pleasure of doing business with you on the choker, and then you asked for a bracelet. I cut it from this chain here, you were wearing it in your videos. There's only one issue: I never got paid for it."
He then went on to state that the piece cost $25,000 and to assume that the non-payment is all a misunderstanding, but added that it's time to fork the money over.
"I've got no means of reaching you, so I'm hoping, you know, your finance department could wire in 25 grand, or whatever it is you gotta do. Or we could handle business, or if you don't like the bracelet you could return it. Whatever it is. You seem to like it, you said you liked it when you got it. Then you're traveling around the world - Hawaii, birthdays. Whatever you gotta do - I'm out here looking for my money, man," he said.
