Lil Tay's social media antics recently drew cause for concern among a pretty influential circle of folks over in her hometown of Vancouver. Her family has been impacted as a result, with reports confirming that the real estate agency that employed her mother decided to hand over the pink slip upon learning of her role as the child star's manager.

Angela Tian reportedly worked at Pacific Evergreen Realty for six months, before some questionable events concerning Lil Tay came to the attention of executives. According to reports, it has been revealed that some of the videos Tay filmed while claiming she was in Hollywood, were actually a front. The stacks of cash may or may not have been real, but what is for certain is that she wasn't leaving her city to shoot the content.

It appears that Tian was actually getting an added benefit out of her position as an agent at the realtor, by arranging for Tay to pose in the luxury properties for social media. One particular recording, for example, was shot in an apartment that Pacific had listed for sale, while another shows her in the car park of the Oakridge shopping mall located within walking distance of the agency's office.

“When we found out about this activity last week we had to dismiss her," director of business development at Pacific Place Group, Jim Lew, told a local Canadian news outlet about her firing. "There is no place for this sort of activity in our industry."
