The reason Kevin Durant left the Oklahoma City Thunder is something that basketball fans have been speculating about since the 29-year-old small forward made the move to the Golden State Warriors in 2016. Durant may have given his hand away after a fan posted their reason as to why he moved on, and KD liked it on Instagram.

"I'm not complaining. I never had any issues with KD leaving OKC like most people do," wrote Instagram user @chaz_terrabood.

"It's his career, his life. He has the right to go wherever he so chooses. KD lost interest in playing with OKC because he finally realized that they weren't going to win with the subpar squad they had. So he chose to sign with a team that he knew he'd win a ring with. Nothing wrong with that, but clearly, loyalty didn't matter to him as much as winning did. Which is my point."

"subpar" lmfao the problem was westbrook. They had a good a** team." Not soon after the fan's comment, Durant "liked" the post seemingly endorsing the fan's words.

After liking the post, Durant's camp quickly issued an apology and claimed that he did not post anything of the sort.
