According to reports from TMZ, Bobby Shmurda could be a free man by 2020. Authorities told TMZ that Bobby is set to have a parole hearing in August 2020 and could be out as early as December of that year. Initially sentenced to 6-7 years in 2016, Bobby Shmurda was supposed to be eligible for parole in 2022 but with time served will have just about 2 years shaved off.
However, the time served stipulation won't matter much if he continues to receive violations after already receiving 11 violations for things like drug possession, fighting, and having a shank.
