The last thing that Adrien Broner needs heading into his battle against former welterweight champion Jessie Vargas is a distraction that can derail him from redeeming his loss to fellow Mexican American title-holder Mikey Garcia. But with only five days to go until their face-off at the Barclays Center, it appears that AB has none the less got himself entangled in a tiff with Trey Way artist Tekashi 6ix9ine, and 6ix9ine has already begun to get into the Cincinnati boxer's head.

Following up on a message that Broner posted to Instagram to warn him to watch his mouth after 6ix9ine reportedly referred to him as a clown in his comments, rap's red-hot Brooklynite responded with a video of himself disassembling stacks of cash and tossing them up into the air. He went from putting up $100,000, to $200,000, to $300,000 that Broner will collect his second consecutive loss on Saturday, April 21.

Tekashi had to inquire into what Broner's name was, thus giving off the indication that he's not even aware of who the former four-division champion is. But he was nevertheless with the smoke, and willing to put bank on the outcome swinging in Vargas' favor. The Day69 rapper was also sure to encourage Broner to make good on his promise to come and see him when he touches down in the Big Apple, reiterating once again that the self-proclaimed 'King of New York' is holding the city down.
