Harry Anderson, best known for his role as Judge Harry T. Stone on Night Court, which ran on NBC from 1984 until 1992, has passed away at the age of 65. Anderson also was known for his role on Cheers as con-man Harry "The Hat" Gittes.
According to reports, police in Asheville, North Carolina responded to a call at Anderson's home, where they found him dead. No foul play is suspected in the actor's death.
Anderson is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Morgan, and his two children.
