In collaboration with BET Networks, T.I. is about to expand his Grand Hustle Productions brand into the realm of entrepreneurial reality shows.

The rapper-turned-renaissance man reportedly has an endeavor in the works that will give audiences a glimpse into the grinding spirit of a group of contestants selected to compete for a highly paid position on his team.

With the premiere of The Grand Hustle only three months away, the 16 moguls who have been recruited to outdo one another throughout the 12 episode series, have adequate time to formulate a plan on how they will maximize the opportunities that will grow out of their exposure; win, lose, or draw.

Ultimately though, they have each signed on to the project in hopes that they may earn a seat in the boardroom with Tip, who over the years has epitomized the American hustler via his transition from being an artist to a crafty businessman who producer Brian Sher has touted as “one of the smartest most impressive businessmen I have ever met.”

In addition to Sher playing a hand in the fruition of The Grand Hustle, 51 Minds Entertainment CEO Christian Sarabia, and industry veteran Johnny Petillo will share executive producer credits.

“The Grand Hustle Empire is always expanding so, therefore, we needed to add a very talented, highly skilled executive to our team,” T.I. says in a statement that announces the project's development. “It doesn’t matter if you got your hustle at Harvard or the hood, The Grand Hustle is about how you handle business and what you can do for the brand, so I wanted to create a show that offers an equal playing field.”

The Grand Hustle makes its network BET debut at 10 pm EST on July 19.
