Cash Money Millionaire Birdman was on a promotional tour for his documentary entitled Before Anythang: The Story Behind The Cash Money Records Empire when the topic of Youngboy Never Broke Again came up. Birdman and NBA Youngboy were slated to drop a mixtape last month entitled From The Bayou, which was an ode to their state Louisiana. The mixtape never came, but Birdman still has nothing but praise for his young protege.
"I think he's the next biggest young superstar that game had ever had," says Birdman. "Talent-wise, he's the most... he's an animal. He's a monster. I had the pleasure of being around him and see how he work, watch how he work. I think he's going to be the next biggest superstar in the world. Just ask the youngsters."
The praises didn't stop there though, and Birdman continued on. "I watch his ethics, I watch him, he's very intelligent. He's smart, and I just think he got it. And I'm anxious and I'm excited to see what really happens with this young man. Once he starts putting music out on a major scale, 'cause right now he's underground, and he done surfaced so hard."
NBA Youngboy fans are excited for new music from the rapper as well.
