The beef between Lil Uzi Vert and Rich the Kid is heating up. The feud started when Uzi tweeted out his displeasure with his record label. He is signed to DJ Drama and Don Cannon's Generation Now label.

Uzi tweeted, "sign 2 a major Don't sign 2 a rapper or a Dj," prompting Rich the Kid to respond. The "New Freezer" rapper mocked Uzi, and suggested that he should have signed to his Rich Forever imprint instead of DJ Drama's. Uzi then replied, "Boy I’m not signing for 20racks." Since then, Rich the Kid has made it his job to antagonize Uzi.

Weeks later, Rich the Kid revealed that he was working on a diss song, entitled "Dead Friends." "All them dead friends/ You a little middleman/ You a little man," raps Rich in the teaser he released via social media. A music video has also been planned for the diss song, and Rich teased the concept for the video via social media.

In the video, Rich first sets his camera on selfie mode to show himself, before he switches to the back camera to get a shot of an Uzi look-alike sitting in a car. It looks like this is about to get ugly.
