After a number of artists came out blasting XXL for not making their Freshman Cover during the early stages of their careers, one artist isn't buying the rhetoric. According to Rich Homie Quan, all rappers secretly want to be named to the list which probably explains why some artists continue to hold a grudge against the publication.
While stopping by Big Boy's radio show in Los Angeles, Rich Homie Quan stated that making the freshman cover was a milestone in his career. He went on to say that if any rapper says they don't want to make the XXL cover, "they're lying."
