Some of you are probably well aware of Michael Jordan's WINGS Academy, a community outreach program that partners with youth centers around the world to provide safe spaces for at-risk youth. The WINGS Academy also provides mentorship and education to instill the confidence that Mike himself had to become one of the greatest sports figures and businessmen in existence.

Jordan Brand has also curated an entire Air Jordan retro 'WINGS' Collection, which has been released in the form of the Air Jordan I OG and Air Jordan XII, in which part of the profits are provided to aide the WINGS Academy and the global youth involved in the program. Now, it looks like the Air Jordan V 'WINGS' is the next up to receive the golden treatment.

Unfortunately, there are no photos of the official sneaker available as of yet. As the sneaker pictured above is actually a customized rendering of what the 'WINGS' Air Jordan V could possibly look like via the good folks of Astroturf Customs. The sneaker is expected to incorporate the feather WINGS graphic alongside a black and 'Metallic Gold' color scheme.
