XXXTentacion may achieve the number one album in the country with the release of ? but financially the young talented rapper is strapped for cash. So much so, that a judge has allowed XXX to tour to make money, relieving him of his house arrest situation.

XXXTentacion was originally arrested and charged with assaulting his then-pregnant ex-girlfriend. The domestic abuse charge landed XXX in jail, where he allegedly called his ex and coerced her into changing her statements. Although he was released, XXX was charged with witness tampering when several recordings of his jail conversations were obtained by law enforcement. He was taken back to jail yet again, and then released on house arrest. XXX was allowed to go to the studio to record his album, and now he's being let off the hook so he can make some income.

According to TMZ, X'XXs legal team filed documents petitioning for the rapper's release from house arrest so he could tour. That fact that XXXTentacion's latest album may top the charts definitely helped the argument. A judge granted the request almost immediately.

Speaking with TMZ, XXX's attorney David Bogenschutz stated that his team was pleased with the judge's decision and that, "Hopefully these are the first steps towards complete freedom."
