Recently, Remy Ma released a freestyle where she rapped about going after fake gangsters and others. Along with that, she reportedly dropped another freestyle where she went after long-time rival Lady Luck. Now, it seems as if the two emcees have put their differences aside and squashed the beef.
According to Lady Luck’s significant other, Love and Hip Hop star Somaya Reece, the freestyle where Remy mentioned Luck’s name prompted to Luck to take a different approach to handling the situation.
Reece told VladTV: “Luck wrote a response, but she decided not to put it out. Instead (because she is really into meditation now) she woooosaaa'd and took the high road. She wrote a female empowering record of the female rappers that influenced her. On the record ["Homage"], Luck mentions how she hates that Lil Kim & Foxy have beef, and gives a shout out to Remy expressing how she hates they are rivals as well.”
Somaya noted Remy saw the video which led to the two rappers talking to each other and squashing the beef. Remy and Lady Luck even had a public exchange of respect for each other via IG. Take a look above.
