Previously, a video surfaced of NBA Youngboy allegedly assaulting his girlfriend Jania. Now, the rapper has been charged with kidnapping and aggravated assault for the beating of his girlfriend.
According to TMZ, the rapper is being indicted in Waycross, Georgia where he was transported to. A grand jury issued a two-count indictment for aggravated assault and kidnapping.
It was reported that Jania said she did not want to press charges, but a grand jury was not trying to hear that. Previously, the rapper was released from jail on a $75,000 bond.
