Glen Davis spoke out against allegations of him selling drugs, and he's completely unbothered.
When the former NBA player was arrested in a Maryland Hampton Inn in February, reports quickly swirled about his involvement. Apparently, the hotel owner suspected the possession of marijuana due to a smell coming from his room. It turns out, according to WMAT-TV in Baltimore, Lieutenant William Reiber found 126 grams of weed and a briefcase full of cash.
No matter what the court documents state, Glen posted to Instagram to put those rumors to rest in the most subtle way he saw fit. The former Celtic was sitting comfortably on a private jet with another case of money and his championship ring on top. And what else says "unbothered" more than dining down on some Popeyes chicken?
Davis convinced followers not to believe the hype.
"Don't believe all that s**t on the Internet. I will have my day in court. They just mad cause a black man got money, man. Just tryina keep a black man down, man. Shoutout Ralo and them peoples gettin money! My s**t legal, man. A lot of jump shots! A whole lotta jump shots!"
That day in court has yet to be announced.
