As hip-hop continues to mature, many of the younger public figures in the culture are finding new ways to settle their differences, even those who hail from some of the most violence-ridden cities in the country. Lil Durk, who's from the troubled city of Chicago, has decided that he wants to handle his conflicts with other artists a little differently.

Instead of bumping into his adversaries in the streets and resorting to violence like we've seen so many times over, Durk wants to channel that energy and take it to the local basketball court. Durk took to social media to call out the following rappers; Young Scooter, YFN Lucci, PNB Rock, Snap Dogg, Tee Grizzley, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Bow Wow, Tory Lanez, Lil Yachty, Chris Brown, Lil Dicky, and Lil Pump--who he referenced as a 'weak a**'.

This is the type of energy needed in the hip-hop community, flexing on the Gram posing with pistols and guns don't really do anything positive for the culture and can result in career derailment in the form of legal troubles or at worst, death.

Hopefully, those Durk mentioned come forward, and we get to see these artists take on Durk for the $10K prize he spoke on, and we all begin to handle our beef, differences, and conflicts in more mature ways. Respect to Lil Durk.
