An Alabama man was recently arrested for the murder of his wife that happened last month. 44-year-old William Jeff West was seen on surveillance footage at a liquor store with his wife, Kathleen West. In the video, the couple looked happy and did not appear to be angry at each other.

Sadly, later that night, a fight what would break out and the following day Kathleen was found dead outside their home from blunt force trauma to the head. Kathleen was a full-time mom that also operated a private site where users could pay $15.99 a month for “naughty fun.”

When police arrived to find Kathleen, she was barely clothed, and they reported that her husband, “didn’t seem to be very upset” whenever they interviewed him.

Police believed him to be the critical suspect from the start but could not arrest him until they found all the evidence needed to make an arrest. Calera Police Chief Sean Lemley said in a conference that, “We know what happened that night and we do have evidence to support that.”

Although Jeff was known to be aware of Kathleen’s site and private Instagram made up of 52,000 users, the police believed that her life might have played a role in her death. Lemley commented on it saying, “I think her online profession, her activities, certainly warranted a lot of attention.”
