Hall of fame coach Phil Jackson has coached arguably two of the five greatest players in NBA history in Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. He's won multiple championships with both players, not to mention the fact that Kobe is practically a mirror image of Jordan on the floor. However, the Zen Master revealed what separates Jordan and Kobe - coachability.

According to Phil Jackson, MJ was far more coachable than Kobe. He said if he took Jordan out of the game due to being overly aggressive, MJ would "know what he'd done. He had a conscience."
