Tekashi 6ix9ine let those who are “clout chasing” off his name on Thursday that he will continue to go into your city without “checking in”
The New York rapper took to Instagram to issue a declaration that being “gangster” is not as trendy as it once was, suggesting that people nowadays have an entirely new “sport” to get fame.
“Yo I’m starting to think clout chasing is cool,” Tekashi said, as the camera pans to his expensive jewelry pieces. “Like that’s a sport now, like being gangster not cool no more. I think clout chasing is”
Tekashi, who has had recent confrontations with folks in various cities, went on to highlight that those who want some fame are just riding on his success.
“Mentioning Tekashi 69’s name. You lit, you know what I’m saying” the rapper explained, before continuing his stance that he’s not “checking in” anywhere."I’m going to continue not to check in, you know, something I don’t do. I love everybody. I love everybody’s cities."
