An Atlanta man has been convicted of murder after a jury found him guilty of killing a woman who rejected his $8 offer for sex. The man, Felix Shirley, was sentenced to life in prison plus an additional five years for killing Misha Moore, 26, in January 2017.
Surveillance caught Shirley approach Moore at the Five Points MARTA Station where offered her $8 for sex. Moore subsequently rejected the offer stating that it wasn't enough. Shirley suddenly enraged, threw Moore against the wall, kicked her and shot her with his .22 caliber revolver.
Felix Shirley was found guilty of murder, felony murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
