A man and two women have come together to form a 'throuple' and shared their love and relationship details on Megyn Kelly's Today Show segment on Tuesday morning. The trio gave an honest glimpse into their polyamorous relationship. Discussing everything from the ways they raise their three children to their sleeping arrangements.
37-year-old Adam Lyons currently lives in Texas with Brooke Shedd, 29, Jane Shalakhova, 28, and their three children.
Adam and Brooke originally met at a nightclub in Austin, Texas.
Adam revealed, "When we first got together, Brooke made it very clear she wasn't going to give up women for me because she had been having relationships with women up to then."
Jane found monogamous relationships to be a bore and couldn't maintain a relationship for more than three months.
The throuple have been together for nearly 6 years now.
Brooke confessed that her relationship with Adam and Jane are very unique and that each partner provides things that the other cannot.
She also indicated feelings of jealousy quite often. However, they have learned to control those emotions.
The trio shares a king-size bed, which changed over the last few months due to Brooke being pregnant and sleep-training their three-year-old.
Since polygamy is illegal in the United States, none of the individuals in throuple are married.
