Legendary street lyricist J-Hood has no love for Tekashi 6ix9ine. Honestly, he isn't the only one. Tekashi, who hails from Brooklyn, recently crowned himself the king of New York. Historically, anyone that claimed themselves to be the king of the concrete jungle faced a mountain of opposition, but Tekashi may have inadvertently started a war on his own turf. After 6ix9ine claimed that he sat on New York's throne, J-Hood responded on social media, calling the "Gummo" rapper a "bozo," and stating that the only reason he hasn't been seriously harmed is because G's in the hood invested in his career.
Tekashi hit back with a social media video of his own, claiming that if he wasn't the king of New York, people would dismiss him. "If I wasn't the king of New York, y'all wouldn't pay me no mind. If I wasn't the King of New York, y'all would be like 'just let that f*cking clown talk, that n*gga's irrelevant," stated Tekashi in the response video.
Hood, who is obviously fatigued with social media back and forths, decided to release a diss record aimed at Tekashi. Hood previewed the track on his Instagram, with the caption, "#REDRUM #TEKASHI69 (WARNING SHOT) DROPPING SHORTLY."
It looks like this beef will be going on for awhile.
