Oprah plans to go continue to be the light against a world full of negativity.

Though long retired from her talk show, Oprah Winfrey has stayed consistent in being an active figure both in entertainment and social activism. Her riveting TimesUp for Sexual Harassment speech during the Golden Globes sent the public into a frenzy.

Hopes of throwing her hat into the presidential bid grew but were dashed when Oprah shut down any possibilities of her getting into politics. She did, however, take part in a political panel discussion on 60 Minutes that President Trump didn't take kindly to. Mainly because he claimed the questions were "biased."

Of course, the world leader used Twitter to describe the self-made mogul as "insecure" and would love for her to "run so she can be exposed and defeated just like all of the others."

At the same time, old feuds resurfaced with comedy veteran, Mo'Nique, who's taking her platform against Netflix to remind people of her allegedly being "blackballed" by Hollywood because of Winfrey's influence.

Most would get overwhelmed by the constant public scrutiny. Oprah, however, made it clear that these criticisms have been taken with a grain of salt. Global Grind's Blog Xilla interviewed Oprah alongside Reese Witherspoon, and Mindy Kaling while promoting A Wrinkle In Time, where she glowed a radiant vibe of "unbotheredness."

"It's a law that when you meet negative with negative, you just have a combusted negative force of negative energy. You can't meet negative energy where it is. You have to rise above it. You have to transcend it. You have to be the light. And it only takes a little bit of light to banish the darkness."

In a time of darkness, Oprah may have just re-ignited those presidential votes again.
