Leave it to 50 Cent to insert his two cents on the Troy Ave snitching allegation.
Troy's "2 Legit 2 Quit" track from White Christmas 5 got a lot of negative attention he probably should have expected. Many shared opinions about whether he was subliminal admitting to taking the stand to testify against the now incarcerated Taxstone. "I’m only loyal to my fam, middle finger from the stand, it’s either me or you," Troy Ave rapped.
An interview with The Breakfast Club, where the rapper briefly spoke on some lessons he's learned since his personal stint behind bars, didn't help fight the speculation.
Troy openly explained that he refused to do jail time for a crime he didn't commit just to protect someone through the unspoken "no snitching" street rule. So who else knows more about the street code then hip-hop veteran 50 Cent? Fif took it upon himself to let everybody know how he felt about Troy's movements.
The Queens gangster rapper turned mogul posted a cartoon picture of the self-proclaimed "New Pac" sitting on a court stand and captioned it, "Middle finger from the stand, smh Cas on his Pimpin curly, you gonna just do like ROSS and keep working."
Casanova, who was vocal about his disdain for Troy as an artist, also chimed in warning 50 to slow his roll since Ave is allegedly a "federal witness" now.
We'll watch to see how this unfolds.
