Fox News host Laura Ingraham blasted NBA stars LeBron James and Kevin Durant last night for criticizing Trump and engaging in political discourse rather than merely sticking to sports.

In an interview with ESPN, James and his Golden State Warriors rival Kevin Durant discussed Trump for a Think Progress piece. James said that not only Trump "doesn't understand the people," but that he also "[doesn't] give a f*** about the people."

She commenced their criticism by saying it was "barely intelligible, not to mention ungrammatical," and after the clip finished, she began: "Must they run their mouths like that?" Ingraham also suggested that James's criticism of the president was the result of poor education.

She concluded: "LeBron and Kevin, you're great players, but no one voted for you. ... So keep the political commentary to yourself — or as someone once said, 'Shut up and dribble.'"

Both remarkable athletes spoke about racism and how it affects even those who are hugely successful. Of course, Ingraham conveniently did not play the entirety of the video recorded for the James-owned media platform Uninterrupted.

"I’m a Black man with a bunch of money and a crib in Brentwood, and having the word ‘n***er‘ spray painted over my gate… that lets you know I still have a lot of work to do," said LeBron. "No matter how far—money or access or how you become in life as an African-American man," he says, "they will always try to figure out a way to let you know that you're still beneath them. … You either cave into that notion or you just chalk it up and say, you know what, I'm gonna paint over this goddamn gate, and I'm gonna make it taller."
