It's no secret that rap culture and gang culture have close ties. Gang-affiliated rap legends like Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, and YG reference their affiliations time and time again on songs. In fact, those rappers have also spoken about checking in with foreign gang bosses upon their arrival in a new city. Some rappers need only to make a phone call, while others are forced to come out of pocket for stepping in another man's territory. Apparently, Tekashi 6ix9ine feel like these rules do not apply to him.

6ix9ine boldly stated that he doesn't check in with anyone when he rolls through different cities. Rapper and OG Spanky Loco did not take to kindly to 6ix9ine's disrespectful claim and took to social media to call out the young rapper.

"Anytime that I fly out, go out the country, go out the state, go across state, I always check in with my loved ones. I always check in with the natives, I always tap in and tune in with the ones that hold it down," states Spanky Loco. He continues by threatening, "So, by all means, homie, check in with the boy. I see you canceled one show, smart move, but I'm waiting for you in LA. Pull up."
