There have been rumors circulating for a couple of years about a Cash Money documentary. Now, Birdman has shared that "Before Anythang: The Cash Money Story" will drop this week, February 16, on Apple Music.

Cash Money Records was started by Birdman and his brother Slim in the early 90s in New Orleans, Louisiana. From humble beginnings, the record label became the home for many of hip hop's biggest names. The documentary will follow the story of the empire's rise to fame featuring rare and unseen footage from the camp. The film will highlight Birdman and Slim's story and will be narrated by Birdman and directed by Clifton Bell.

Along with the documentary, a soundtrack is slated to drop on the same day of the film's release. You can head over to Apple Music and get a glimpse of the trailer. Birdman man announced the film by posting the movie poster to his Instagram account. Will you be tuning into the Cash Money Records story?

Birdman has recently been in the news for speculation of a marriage to his girlfriend, iconic singer, Toni Braxton. It has also been reported that he was required to turn over the keys to his Miami home after defaulting on a loan. His relationship with Lil Wayne still seems to be at odds.
