Will Smith just joined Instagram in December, but he soon became a fan favorite for his posts that mix his comedic personality, his love for his family and his words of wisdom. To celebrate his son Jaden's achievement of 100 million streams on Spotify, Will hilariously recreated his son's video for "Icon," from his latest album SYRE.
In the video, Will parodies Jaden by rocking fake grills, oversized chain, tiny shorts, and a baggy denim jacket. He adds comical flare by going as far as dying his hair green and doing Jaden's moonwalk in fur-lined dad slippers. “Hey Diggy, Im proud of you baby. 100 million streams, congratulations man. 100 million. Congrats I love you” is how the hilarious video ending.
Will also captioned the video snippet with a heartfelt caption that reads: "Congrats on 100,000,000 Spotify streams, Jaden! It is a delicious gift to a parent to admire his children. Keep doin’ you!"
Jaden who usually jumps in his father's comments responded the post with his own loving message to his dad. "Dad this is the funniest thing I've ever seen in my life you're the best father anyone could ask for thank you for allowing me to express myself even when I take it to far sometimes I love you more than you will ever know because you taught me how to love. Also thank you for having the best Instagram on the planet," Jaden wrote.
