After photos surfaced of a diamond-encrusted pendant of Young Thug lighting a blunt, it was revealed that the piece was commissioned for Baton Rouge rapper NBA Youngboy. When asked recently why he got a chain paying homage to Young Thug, NBA Youngboy said that Thugger is an inspiration. He spoke specifically about Thugger's music making ability and the way he uses his voice as an instrument.
