Nipsey Hussle has been in the spotlight for all of the right reasons over the past couple of months for his investment in cryptocurrency, community development projects, and making significant moves as an independent artist.

Now, it looks like Nip is preparing to launch another initiative for the local youth of Los Angeles in partnership with real estate developer, Dave Gross. The two are putting together a STEM center, where those interested in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics can use the space as a network and resource center creating a direct pipeline from inner cities to Silicone Valley.

This isn't the only STEM academy Gross and Nipsey plan on launching either. The two want their next center to be developed in Baltimore and afterward, cities like Atlanta, Washington DC, and San Diego in order to provide inner-city youth with opportunities for future employment and resources to connect with innovative industries they might not have thought would be possible coming from their environments.

This is yet another example of how people in power can provide an opportunity to those who might not have the proper the resources or tools to succeed in life and both Dave Gross and Nipsey Hussle are creating a path for our communities to prosper in industries where diversity is necessary.

Much respect to both Hussle and Gross and for those of you interested in helping or getting involved you can stop by the Too Big To Fail website for more information.
