Kim Kardashian naturally grabbed a lot of attention after posting several nearly-nude photos on Instagram, but it wasn't all good attention.

While some people admired Kim for showing off her famous assets, others accused her of cultural appropriation after she took to Instagram with what she called “Bo Derek Braids.” The reality star was giving a nod to the braids white actress Bo Derek wore in the 1979 film 10, but many people pointed out to Kim that Derek was not the originator of the braids.

One user wrote online, “They are called Fulani braids or some may even say corn rows. You could of called them either one but you called them “Bo derek” giving credit to a white woman for a black style knowing you already catch heat for culture vulturing.”

Kim has yet to respond to the backlash and as of posting she still has the caption "BO WEST" on her Instagram. Check out the photos above.
