Desiigner was caught on video making vulgar remarks to a man sitting in his parked car on the side of a busy NYC street.
While not much information about the incident is known, The Shade Room is reporting that the "Panda" rapper got into an altercation with the man before the video started. The footage picks up with Desiigner running over to the man in his car and pulling his pants down while saying, "Suck my d***!"
