DMX has been vocal about his strong faith in the Lord. That doesn't change just because he's at a bar buying shots. TMZ posted a video of the X man at the bar at St. Louis, Missouri airport Chilli's as he preached to a small audience.
"You might need a stressful situation to go away. Someone else might need something else. You won't know what God is willing to do for you until you need him to do it for you. So I praise God for my difficult situations. Because it's in these situations, I become aware of what God is willing to do for me. I know what He's doing. I know what God is capable of doing. But I don't know what he's willing to do for me until I need him to do it for me." DMX says in part.
He bought everyone a round of shots, including himself. His lawyer told the website that he was surprised since X is in rehab and shouldn't even be drinking. Instead, he should be traveling with his sober coach.
In December, a judge gave the Yonkers native permission to leave rehab so he can perform. At that point, he was allowed to leave ten times to do so, and hadn't failed a test yet. He also has shows coming up this week in New York City.
