Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is expected to plead guilty to tax-related charges on Friday, reported ABC News.

The "Jersey Shore" star's trial for tax evasion charges was set to begin in a little over three weeks, and it's unclear which charges the 35-year-old will be copping to on Friday.

In 2014 The Situation and his brother Marc - who also acted as his brother's manager - were charged with conspiracy to commit fraud, eventually being indicted for not properly paying taxes on $8.9 million earned through promotional activities.

Marc was hit with three counts of filing false tax returns from 2010 to 2012, while Mike was charged with two counts, as well as a failure to file a tax return in 2011 when he reportedly brought in $1.96 million in earnings.

"The parties informed the Court that both defendants have agreed to plead guilty," said a court filing submitted by prosecutors to the judge.

"According to the indictment, Michael and Marc Sorrentino filed false tax returns that incorrectly reported millions made from promotions and appearances," said U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman. "The brothers allegedly also claimed costly clothes and cars as business expenses and funneled company money into personal accounts. The law is absolutely clear: telling the truth to the IRS is not optional."
