As the island of Puerto Rico is still in the process of recovering following the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria, a video that has been circulating social media shows students rejoicing at regaining electricity. It has been roughly 112 days since Puerto Ricans have had electricity. Electricity can seem like one of those utilities that are taken for granted but this video shows just how much it shouldn't be.
