The results of President Trump's physical are in-- and he is in pretty good health-- despite the fact that his eating habits are bad, and he's not necessarily sweating it out at his local Planet Fitness.

This, according to Dr. Ronny Jackson of the Walter Reed National Medical Center. He revealed that Mr. Trump eats way too many fatty foods and carbs, which has led him to have high cholesterol. To top it off, he doesn't work out. In fact, Trump is only a pound away from being considered obese.

Dr. Jackson disclosed the results of the physical the president took last week during a White House press conference on Tuesday, January 16. According to The Daily News, Jackson said the two chatted about diet and exercise. "He is more enthusiastic about the diet part than the exercise part, but we're going to do both." Dr. Jackson noted that the 71-year-old is in such good health because he doesn't drink or smoke. Dr. Jackson added he thinks the president could stand to lose 10-15 pounds.

When it comes to Mr. Trump's cognitive ability, Dr. Jackson added that he was in good shape. CNN quoted him as saying, "I have no concerns about his cognitive ability...I've found no reason whatsoever to think the President has any issues whatsoever with his thought process."

Questions about Donald Trump's mental fitness to be Commander-in-Chief have been swirling for a while now, but were recently given new life in the recently released tell-all book, Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House. It alleged many of the president's aides questioned his mental capacity and noticed erratic behavior.
